As Co-Founder and In-Country Director of Papillon Marketplace, I grew a social enterprise in Haiti by over 500% in annual sales while leading 250+ employees across seven departments, all under challenging and high-risk conditions. I’ve built ethical brands, launched global e-commerce platforms, managed import/export operations, and partnered with organizations like The Clinton Foundation, Vogue, and West Elm to drive both profit and purpose.
